Je suis rentrée de vacances et je reprends doucement l'activité de ce blog. J'ai pas mal de dessins à scanner, mais en attendant, en voici un fait avec ma tablette graphique et Photoshop CS3. Parce que j'en avais envie.

J'ai rapidement illustré un rêve que j'ai fait il y a plus d'un mois.

Dans le rêve, je suis sur une plage enneigée, seule, et soudain cet étrange phénomène céleste se matérialise devant mes yeux. 

Je me souviens qu'après m'être réveillée, je me suis promise de faire des recherches sur Internet pour connaître le nom de cette espèce d'aurore boréale... Pour me rendre compte ensuite que j'avais rêvé et que ce phénomène n'existait pas pour de vrai.

I quickly illustrated a dream I made more than a month ago.

In the dream, I'm on a snowy beach, alone, and suddenly this strange celestial phenomenon appears in front of my eyes.

I remember that after I woke up, I promised myself to do some researches on the Internet to know the name of this sort of polar lights... To realise next that I dreamed all of that and that this phenomenon didn't exist for real.

Salut à tous !

Je suis revenue de mon séjour linguistique sur l'Île de Wight, au Royaume-Uni. Je ne pensais pas que vingt jours seraient autant épuisants, mais j'ai survécu !

(D'ailleurs, j'ai fêté mon anniversaire là-bas ; j'ai maintenant 21 ans. Ouais. J'aime bien ce nombre.) 

Et maintenant, je peux me reposer une petite semaine avant de repartir du 6 au 23 août sur le chantier de rénovation en Ardèche.

En attendant, j'ai eu le temps de dessiner un peu sur l'Île de Wight ; voici déjà un dessin. J'ai été inspirée par les écoliers anglais qui revenaient des cours dans leurs uniformes.

J'ai scanné ce dessin et l'ai coloré avec ma tablette graphique et Photoshop CS3.

Hi everyone !

I'm back from my language stay on the Isle of Wight, United Kingdom. I didn't think that twenty days would be so exhausting, but I survived !

(Besides, I celebrated my birthday while I was here ; I'm now 21. Yeah. I like this number.)

And now, I can rest for a little week before leaving from the 6th to the 23rd of August in the community construction project in Ardèche (south France).

Meanwhile, I had the time to draw a little on the Isle of Wight ; here is one of my drawings. I was inspired by the schoolkids going back from class in their uniforms.

I scanned this drawing and colored it with my graphics tablet and Photoshop CS3.
